Is there a simple way to cancel the Soul Capacitor effect?

Since we cant control when it procs, sometimes I need to right click the effect to not waste the damage and it's really annoying. So, is there a macro or something people use on similar situations?

Also, how does Soul Capacitor works with the legendary ring buff?

Make a macro that contains the following:

#showtooltip
/use 14
/cancelaura Spirit Shift

This serves as a single macro for on-use trinkets or to cancel soul cap if that is the trinket equipped.
