To be honest if the guy got shot tomorrow I wouldnt even care. But if you're running a prison system you're meant to be taking the moral highground to the criminals, otherwise why bother, just shoot them on sight.

I honestly feel like they'd be better off doing fewer episodes per year. They've had great seasons and bad seasons but there's always a certain amount of padding, usually with banal toilet humour or unimaginative pop culture parody. Every now and then they do a killer on-point episode though.

Dunno why we need another thread on this, but if one accepts a plea deal, then yes, one is guilty.

I think he's guilty, but that's not necessarily true. If the plea deal you're being offered is sufficiently generous, a lot of people will plead guilty rather than take their chances with the unpredictability of a jury trial, even if they're innocent.

In fact, "throw as many charges as you can possibly think of at a suspect to make taking the plea more attractive" is pretty much prosecutor 101.
