    In most countries transgendered individuals go to prison with their identified gender.

    Not sure if this is the case in the us.

    It was an accident, she won't go to prison.

    If she does I'm pretty sure it will be to a male prison because I don't believe shes has had surgery yet.

    If Caitlyn Jenner is found guilty, she would go to a women's prison. Her federal identification and birth certificate have all been changed, as far as I am aware. Legally, she is a woman.
