So on the guide it shows Elements ranking higher than Censer Heroic. but I see constant posts on here from members saying heroic censer is better. Is there any concrete evidence which one is better output?

Ummm you sure? because the guide shows Heroic Censer (69,156) higher than Elements (68,949).
