Both are competitive, but I'd give the edge to Tauren with the buff to War Stomp.
Obviously Troll has better burst potential with Berserking (and Voodoo Shuffle is pretty nice), so you can't go wrong here either (aside from choosing to role Horde
).

Night Elf is by far the best, but out of those two it goes to Tauren.
