Balance druid T18 4 set bonus

I know what the actual bonus is, what I'm curious about is whether or not the effect stacks, or its just a static 6% buff that just resets whenever a new Faerie Dragon spawns.

it doesn't stack only refreshes duration, also the dragons swap target when you do which is nice.

its just takes them a short while to switch which ca be a little bit anoying at the hellfire assault mythic encounter and the felcaster getting below 50% because of fairydragons^^
