Highly requested I grant you, but I can't remember any confirmation of any promises of that. .I don't see how this is lies or cut content if they didn't say they would be included, though feel free to correct me with sources if I'm wrong. Tabard tab was never announced, Blizz tweeted back to someone acknowledging that it was highly requested.
Specific item art (assuming they are talking about the class accessories?) wasn't even announced either. It was a 'check out a concept we have, and don't bitch when it doesn't come out instantly. We've come full circle folks.
And lorewise when would the Alliance have even had time to rebuild a recreational park? They've been pounded by one apocalyptic crisis after another for decades.

First thing: they did not lie, they never said that they would adress those thing in the expansion.
Second: the secon statement has been taken out of context. They said they wont creat a specific set for each Class/race combo. eg: A pandaren monk will have the same set as the orc monk, but not the same set as a druid.

You still can corrupt .mqg files (or wathev the ext) in WoW directory to create some sort of balcony where the ruins are. Only you will see it and you can't go in there. But hey, from far, it's pretty. If you do that or if they do it, either way you will just fly over one or two time saying "noice" and go on something else.

Or by saying it I'll trigger an quantum event in our dimension and you will want to do RP ESPECIALLY there. But I doubt it.

That be all well and good if the core was even remotely functional and quality. We haven't seen that from Blizzard in three expansions now. Less and less content in every aspect of the game with a bigger than ever staff yet they glaze over every negative as somehow a positive of "This was a success"; sure screams PR smokescreen to me.

So MoP was not a quality expansion now? The fact that we have 2 expansions which do not live up to the hype, namely Cata and WoD does not mean anything about the state of the Legion and in any case this all is a moot point anyway, since the point still stands regardless.
