Is Ashran Merc mode broken?

When I queue as alliance (my actual faction) I get into full 40v40s.

When I queue as horde (merc mode) I always get put into ashrans with only 5-10 people on each side.

I've yet to queue into ashran as a merc and get into a full 40v40 ashran.

Nope, that's just horde trashran. Outside of peak hours you are always outnumbered.

That is because there are so many Horde Hydra groups, Alliance que times have dropped to almost nothing even instant at times to fill groups that have a premade Horde team filling as fast as Alliance gets in.

It is also why that full 40 man Alliance team is getting run over most of the time.
