Help with my subpar dps.

I'd start off saying that im a mage reroll for 6.2 as my guild needed a mage and i did not have any previous mage experience. So thats sayd, i need help with fb+lance weaving as i feel like im doing something wrong there.
Some questions:
Can you squeeze 2 IL considering fb travel time?
Sometimes i run into situation when i have BF @2 stacks and fof @4 with my haste level it seems impossible to weave all 4 IL and not lose BF. If i use ffb before weawing IL i run a risk to lose FoF procs. Since both situations are dps loss what should be given a priority?
And finally can you somehow track iskar trinket using TMW?

Class trinket gives a short, invisible buff applied at the end of the cast not the impact. So you have to throw IL next, and the timer is short enough that it's impossible to benefit from it twice on a single FB.

In a situation where you cap both procs you would FB>IL>FFB, and then continue Lanceweaving using FFB every time you cap at two charges or the one remaining charge is about to expire.
Munching a BF proc is generally going to be worse than a FoF proc.
