    Insane Clown Posse Lawsuit Wins Appeal in Suit Against FBI for 'Gang' Designation

    A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of the Insane Clown Posse in their bid to get the FBI to remove the Detroit hip-hop duo's followers — known as "Juggalos" — from a gang list.

    Plenty of bands have followings that distinguish them from others. ICP seems to have a following that does act like a gang. But I guess that comes with having 99% undereducated white trash being part of the following.
