    study: liberals swear more, use "I" and "me" more than conservatives on twitter

    Left-wingers swear more, Twitter study claims
    Researchers from Queen Mary University find that 'f***' and 's***' are far more commonly used by liberals than conservatives

    Both "f***" and "s***" appeared in left-wingers' 20 most common differentiating words.

    Conservatives, who "are more likely to emphasize group identity and consensus" according to the researchers, tended to use group terms like "we" and "our", while terms like "I" and "me" were used by liberals more often.

    Left-wingers showed a greater interest in international news, mentioning topics such as "Kenya" and "Delhi" while the research was conducted in June 2014, when both were major news topics.

    Right-wingers tended to mention topics closer to home. They were also likely to use "positive sentiment" words like "love", "like" and "happy" and talk about "feelings" or how they "feel".

    Those are liberal words. The author was somewhat ambiguous when writing that sentence.

    If you think a sample of people who follow the Democratic or Republican parties on Twitter is a representative sample of the country, then you are a delusional moron.

    Conversely the conservatives is full of america, god, tax and government. Oh, and seeing as Obama isn't a member of their party, I can only guess how much they love him.
