i was told the place im currently in is being sold, and that i had a month to find a new place. i didnt come to a fan site to complain about it, i got on the internet and looked for places for rent/sale.
took about 15 hours of pouring through hundreds of horrible places, but i found a 2014 1k sqft trailer with... well, new everything that works for me, for 50 less a month than this 100 year old falling apart shithole. trailers arent the best, but its better than this victorian in its current state.

No renter rights where you are? Usually there are laws in place that give you anywhere from 30 to 90 days to find a new place. That's how it was for me when the condo I was renting got foreclosed on.
