I would bring back me noobish-ness when I started playing WoW. Sure, I only wore armor based on it's armor rating and healed with most of my points in Protection, but it was fun. I remember flying over the Searing Gorge/Burning Steppes on my way to SW from IF and seeing the crazy powerful mobs with skulls for levels. I couldn't go to those zones yet as I did not have the key to open the gate in Loch Modan. But you can bet as soon as I hit level 48(iirc) I booked it to the gate, picked up the quest for the key, and I opened the path to the once forbidden land!

The ability to get excited about things again.

Something that I'd wish to get rid of. (Since it's tied into the thing I want to get back) The ability to accurately predict everything in shows, movies, and games. Entertainment isn't very entertaining when you know what's going to happen. Wish I could go back to the day of naive kid that didn't know every single plot point to ever exist. My girlfriend and bothers hate watching things with me.

Guess I will say...KFC's Original Recipe Chicken Tenders. And chicken tenders in general. Almost every fast food restaurant around me believes chicken either has to be a patty on a bun or nuggets. The fools!

Once upon a time McDonald's experimented with a new concept called the McDLT. Basically the idea was that you would get this double container that was a pretty much a McDonalds patty with lettuces and tomato , where one side of the container kept your hot patty hot, and your cool Lettuce and Tomato cool.
