Got a shot by a nerve in my ankle over the summer. The pain was ridiculous, I can't imagine a shot in that area.. lol. Nor can I imagine the pain from having something obstructing the flow of genitalia (of course you'd get used to it, but at first....omg).

Thats the thing, its not meant to block fluids, just sperm. So the "back-up" does not happen.

pill, theoretically gives more control to a woman over her pregnancy. however - it also can have some very crappy side effects.

condoms do not screw with your hormones and can also protect against std's to a degree (nothing is ever 100%) however - you depend on a dude doing what he should and some people can be allergic to latex (there are non latex options but they can get pricey)

there are other options up to an including methods like vasectomy/tubal litigation. research all your options and go with the one that suits your specific circumstances best.

That may be true, but we wont really know if it would be painful, except for the possible injection, until they start human trials (hopefully next year). But with that said, I am really looking forward to the product, and have donated to help fun it. It would be an amazing birth control option, that can take it out of the hands of women, who may or may not be taking their pills regularly. And condoms just suck... no matter how thin they are. Oh? How so, to me it seems like if you used it correctly it cannot fail. If you are using old condoms or using it incorrectly (and thus not perfectly) then sure 18% would be doable, but I don't see how it's possible with proper usage.

Voted wrap it because I feel that it's a load of shit for my Wife to have to take a pill, or put something in her to stop something we only do three times a week. Condoms are not 100%, but the way to go if your sleeping around.

If you have a GF and your both tested for STDS than I would go with the pill..
Sex with condoms just isn't as nice as without
