[RET] Moving to Mythic, Fix My DPS!

Hey guys,

I never posted on here before, but my buddy in the guild sent me here and told me it would be a good place to find some help. My guild is working towards moving to Mythic HFC. When I look at our current logs (linked below), it's clear that I'm not doing optimal damage for my item level. This is definitely a concern for me, as I want to help my guild progress.

I'd greatly appreciate anyone taking the time to check out my logs and let me know if you notice that I'm doing something wrong or to just offer some feedback.
