Pay off my mortgages, pay off my parent's mortgage, and pay off my brother's mortgage. That leaves me with about 8.5 million, I would probably put 5 million in a high interest account and play around with the 3.5 million with investments.

1.Buy nice stuff.
2.Hire fledgling computer programmer's right out of college and start a software company. Having the computer programmers write software and games that I want to exist. The games would be primitive at first meant for handheld game devices and smart phones. I would also have the programmers write music software.
3.Hire no-name local musicians to perform and record the music that I write.
