Who are we?
Entium, is an alliance guild located on Sylvanas. The guild was founded back in WOTLK which started of as a small casual guild that progressed quickly threw available content. We are a tight knitted community that enjoys raiding. We raid three to four nights a week and aim to clear all bosses whilst they are current content.
Raiding schedule:
We raid three to four nights a week, with one night as an optional raid night that is still highly attended by most: Wednesday, Thursday, *Sunday and Monday.
Raids start at 19:00 and finish at 23:00 server time with a break in between.
The guild bank sells flasks/pots and other consumables at 50% discount of the Auction house.
Requirements:
Character: Your main must have at least 700+ ilvl
Experience: We are looking for people with wow raiding experience, prefer heroic but normal is acceptable.
Attendance: We expect our raiders to comfit to the rota that is scheduled, how ever we do understand life commitments come before a game and such as emergencies, a minimum of 90% attendance is desired unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
Attitude: Generally having a friendly attitude towards other players. We expect out members to be helpful to one another with in the guild, picking on or flaming others will not be tolerated. How ever you do need to be able to handle criticism from the leaders. It will be harsh at times. Whining and bad attitudes will not get you anywhere but dismissed from the team. If you happen to have ideas or a suggestion or want to change something your more then welcome to whisper the officers.
Versatile: Being able to play multiple specs at an equal level to your main spec is extremely helpful.
Team player: Like other sports, raiding is about working as a team, if your only in it for your self then don't expect to make it with us, so its important that you can work well with a team.
Communication: As World of Warcraft is a team based game and communication during a raid encounter is often very important and a key to a successful raid; you will be required to use Team speak during raids and should be able to write / speak and understand English at a reasonable level.
