I just want to know when people started forgetting that you cannot resist much less touch a police officer without them taking you down.

You've got some states in the US now enacting laws to say you can lawfully shoot a cop who enters your home but "trying to remove a policeman's hand from your chest" now warrants being "taken down"?

Looked like a take down after the kid resisted. Then the kid continued to resist after the take down. While the officer did reach for the neck for the take down, I'd hardly call it strangling or throttling. lol

I've never seen such a strong reaction by police for such a light touch on one of their arms, against a person who the crime was committed against. Doesn't make any sense.
