Is 2x 1 hand not viable at all? I rly dont like the look of the big weps

Viable, yes. Optimal? Not as much, considering that 2hrs generally have the higher ilvl. However, this is a non-concern unless you actually have access to a higher ilvl 2hr.

Assuming you are comparing the same ilvl 1hr and 2hr, the difference is very minor.

Pick what you like really - the difference in dps is non existing unless you are a pro mythic raider.

2h is only bis because archimonde drops a 735 one.

1h synergizes with class trinket and EDH better but you do a bit less AOE. Just use what you got better weps for.
