<Xleium> is a 4-5 night per week Alliance raiding guild on Scarshield Legion EU-RPPVP comprised of fun and mature people. The guild is a relatively new guild on the server and is growing fast. We’re looking for people who are serious about raid progression, Overall we are a team and looking for team players to join us. You must have patience and drive. We don’t tolerate whiners & moaning. Also Know it all’s and Non Team Players are soon G-Kicked.

Recruitment
We are always recruiting skilled and dedicated players. New applicants will have the opportunity to show us what they have. Our trial period last roughly 4 weeks depending on performance. We evaluate applicants on Attendance, Attitude, Skill level and Cohesion into our team and guild as a whole. You are also required to be 18+ and have TS installed with working mike.

We are also looking for daytime players for our daytime raid team.

Loot System
we use Loot Council to distribute loot. Factors at play in loot decisions include but are not limited to raid performance, attendance, previous loot received and significance of upgrade, we look at every piece of gear upgrade as a tool for a job. If we give you that tool we expect you to maximise it to its best effect.

Requirements
1. 18+ years old.
2. TS & working mic.
3. Extensive knowledge of class, high raid awareness.
4. Able to maintain a minimum of 90% raid attendance.
5. Research every boss fight BEFORE stepping foot into it.
6. We expect you to be a member of our guild, we don't expect you to spend all of your time on WoW. But would prefer you make an effort to get to know your fellow Guildies. That means being part of the TS community and chatting, we are not looking for someone who just comes on and raids then buggers off, the closer we are with each other, the better team we will be.

Tuesday 8:00PM - 11:30PM ST (7PM-10:30PM GMT)
Wednesday 8:00PM - 11:30PM ST (7PM-10:30PM GMT)
Friday 8:00PM - 11:30PM ST (7PM-10:30PM GMT)

All times are (server time). Raid invites start at 5 minutes before hand and trash pulls generally begin shortly after. If you want to be a core raider in a competitive environment on a high-population server, we have what you're looking for.
