20man Hexos.
I know people that still die to that in brawler's guild. Without playing/practicing that stupid retro flash game, it's extremely challenging.
Lets say everyone does play/practice. There is bound to be one or several slip ups, and 19 other people can get impatient.
H Ragnaros was challenging, but imo not as individually demanding or positionally important as Hexos.

20 man Hexos... that and I'd never be able to even attempt it, as I have satellite... Such a latency biased fight... >.<
I am both the Lady of Dusk, Vheliana Nightwing & Dark Priestess of Lust, Loreleî Legace!

Hexxos for sure.
Especially if he bugs out like he did on me and doesn't rotate with you :[
Finish half my spell casts with a 'Target must be in front of you' error, as if the the 400ms due to playing on EU servers from Australia wasn't bad enough hah...
Hexxos for sure
It would take at least 400 tries because of how that fight works
Hexos. I consider myself to be pretty good at that fight, and occasionally re-do it for fun every so often, but I still die on about half of the attempts. If I was in a 20 man raid where everyone is about at my skill level, with a 50% chance of success, we're looking at 0.000953% chance of everyone living.
20man Hexos would be impossible.
The concept of a 20 man raid all needing to execute Hexos perfectly makes me want to cry.
Currently playing Borderlands 1 remaster. Amped for Borderlands 3.

I'm not sure Hexos is definitely harder. Notice it's about a hard mode boss before a world first. Those are pretty "Hexos" tier difficulties.
"World First" isn't really a measurable difficulty level for a raid encounter. Barring later hotfix nerfs, the encounter is the same whether you do it world first or world tenth or world one hundred and tenth, if you wear the same gear. Heroic Ragnaros is still Heroic Ragnaros... and the amount of gear the world first kill uses is based on the speed of your competitors so it's more about them than you.
Or when you say "World First Ragnaros" compared to Hexos are you intending to include all of the logistics, preparation and recruitment to actually form and build a world first guild and then get the kill? Because then, yes forming a world first guild and getting a world first is harder than a Hexos raid.
In that case, what I said in my previous post above is still my answer
Hexos is frustrating for many people in Brawler's Guild because it's a boss designed around having to attempt it many times, slightly improving on every try until you beat him.
Thing is, it works well in Hexagon where if you fail you just press spacebar once and you're back into it instantly. You can do a hundred attempts to reach 60 seconds eventually and you have no downtime doing this.
In WoW's brawlers guild you are presented with lovely FUCKING CRZ and gorgerous BLOODY 20 MINUTE QUEUE after every single wipe.
That's why Hexos is so hated. That's why many people are pulling their hair out in frustration on this boss.
20 man mythic hexos wouldn't even be so bad. You wipe, rez, go again. You don't have the god damn CRZ Queue boss to beat on every single try. I bet this wouldn't be any harder than high-end heroic bosses at their world-first kill dates. It might even be easier tbh. Hexos in BG is a really simple boss. He does not do any melee damage and he's always auto-faced to you. You just need to concentrate on the maze while doing your dps rotation. That depends on the class you play, some have it easier than others. Stack 20 BM hunters and gg.
