Wildstar Issue! - Need help :)

So a while before Wildstar went free to play i got some free gametime and account as a part of some bundle so i made a character and played on it a bit.

Now that Wildstar is free to play i decided to go back and try it again... when i log in it says 1/12 character slots in use and it even says my characters name on one spot but when i go to the server it was on it just says no characters found but still says 1/12 characters in use.

I have googled this and not really found any answers so im asking here if anyone knows anything.

This issue must have happened when the game went f2p
