Depends on who you play with, poly into sap or whatever. Some cc's are long enough to get them out of combat. It's pretty nice.

How strong is articaft trait: "second shuriken"?
I have my second golden trait, and I can spend my next point in either second shuriken or demon's kiss.

I am aware that demons kiss is a ST and cleave talent, while second shuriken is the AOE talent. But if second shuriken would make Sub AOE "viable" (or significant less bad), I would spend the point before the raid opens.

Any of you guys noticing Goremaw's Bite hitting for 800k-1+million damage randomly? It's happened to me in dungeons, battlegrounds, arenas, open world. And I cant seem to replicate it.

The damage boost seems to be pretty small, I took it for dungeon spamming and not really pleased with it.

Any of you guys noticing Goremaw's Bite hitting for 800k-1+million damage randomly? It's happened to me in dungeons, battlegrounds, arenas, open world. And I cant seem to replicate it.

It does about the same damage as a 2pt eviscerate, and shadow blades doesn't boost its damage. Testing on a dummy, it still does about 75% the damage of a shadowstrike for me.

I was in Azsuna. Just a regular ol quest mob. Link to my armory is http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...Smarted/simple talents were the same.
I did more random testing and I still have no idea how it happens. Maybe a weapon master bug? No clue.

Is anyone getting random massive hits with Goremaw's Bite? Like, 1.3 million - non crit - hits. This is out in the world on players. I'll upload a couple of screenshots as soon as Imgur stops being broken.





Using some random image hosting since Imgur is being awful, I also tweeted the devs to make sure. This can't really be right, especially if it works in PvP.. I just hope it doesn't work in Rated at least.

I feel sorry for the Paladin that screenshot is from. Literally, Cheap Shot > Goremaw's > Dead. It's happened twice to me today, both random. One in a duel and one in WPvP. I've done about 6 Mythic dungeons today and not (noticed at least) had it procc otherwise, so I'm guessing it's a low chance.

that's shadowstrike for outlaw/ass, which they dont have. Likely a legacy carry-over from when shadowstrike was ambush.

Please note that almost every single change is a tooltip change.

I've been wondering about this, it uses a different path than the IV guide, which goes to akari's. is there a definitive answer, one maybe is more pvp oriented, etc? would appreciate the info.

Akkari and Finality path (Icy-Veins/Aethys one) nets more DPS (I tinkered with several artifact in SimCraft last week) but the difference was like 9k DPS than getting the bottom path of Stjern (Which I have on my live Rogue). This was with 19~ trait points aproximately.

Go for the IV path, its better. Akkari adds a nice bit of dps for single target.

If you go bottom row and then back up towards Akkari, doesn't that net you more DPS? That was the result I came out with on SimC. Going with Stjern's path, I think it's better DPS just takes much longer to get to Akkari due to how much AP is needed to get through The Quiet Knife.

Just happened again, this time was with a 25% damage buff though just for clarity.

It's possible to get 23 before raids open, maybe 24/25.

yes this is what i was going for. it's a lot of AP but it should be doable if you do as much as possible I think, and would net more dps.
