Sadly it's not really an option if you're running DfA, feels so bad when WM procs on the AOE part of DfA and causes eviscerate to not cast at all.
I do appreciate it's fairly rare it happens due to the low proc chance of WM, but my god does it feel bad when it does happen.
Did the devs forget sub legendary boots? It can't be 3 energy when you use ss.... (they removed the ss tp when you are in combat)
I was never really fond of Weaponmaster, even if it wouldn't bug with DfA, because of it's randomness.
Master of Shadows shouldn't be too far behind either, if at all. A great amount of dmg happens during Shadow Dance and shortly after, so you can't just look at the uptime.
As silly as it may sound, i use DFA at 10cp, and spam evisc. You should always get 2 eviscerates (dfa+1) but doing this i can get a 3rd or 4th about half the time.
Every once in a while i could write it off to wm procs, but i can proc it fairly often, and at no additional cost.
I first noticed it doing arcway trash where i was able to lay out 12m in a few gcd's. And then i set about trying to reproduce it and was able to.
I've also noticed that dfa seems to return double the energy a lot(if not always), outside of the above.
I will admit i've not tried it on the ptr, or even in a few weeks on live. Also, fellow guild rogue was ab le to reproduce this as well.
Well, it's hardly a bug when WM procs on both Evis. How often does this happen to you, roughly?
Edit: Tested it, doesn't work. At least not outside of WM procs.

As i said, its been a while. When i was doing it, i could get it on about half of my dfa s.
Youre right, wm procs arent a bug...but when you can proc it consistently?
Ill have to try it again tonight.
edit: i can't reproduce it anymore....so disregard, been fixed. (or else i and my guildie were extraordinarily lucky) Only thing i was able to do of note was proc 6 goremaw hits from one use and get a 3rd evisc on the dfa+1 routine, twice out of twenty attempts.

Something from this list that I have appropriate legendaries for (only thing I don't have that seems important is Insignia). I know nothing of the fights in ToS but from what I've read it seems ES or Alacrity is the go to ST pick (in general). Thus far most builds seem pretty darn close to each other so it may come down to a combination of preference and fight type/role. I am not Mythic geared so I wouldn't hit those numbers but it seems you can be pretty safe picking a good combination of talents.

I want to say that's because the new patch, regardless of how you slice it, will have us shadowstriking less. Even with Enveloping Shadows it's still 0.5 seconds less than live. Not to mention several builds don't actually use Subterfuge which is even more interesting because many actually were simmed with Shadow Focus. All in all, it will be interesting to see what people gravitate towards. I have a feeling many will try a Dark Shadows build out (almost certainly I would use it in PvP) at the onset of patch.
Do we know what relics are used in those sims? Atm I have 2 Tichondrius NB relics in my weapon by I'm pretty sure those have to go.
This patch is gettin' me interested in playing my rogue again.
