Sure, they are the largest cities. The irony I see is that they are where people are the most accepting and tolerant of illegal immigrants and the most likely place to be blown up by one of them.

No, but they also didn't line them up and shoot them all at once. Some were being executed, but not at a rate that could have occurred when one of them stands up with a pistol and gets mowed down by the gunmen, which then angers them further, which leads to more death.

Actually, the world is swimming in surplus oil. The amount in storage and in tankers is at a record level; they may soon run out of tanker space.
