Whats your case? Also why not skylake, get off ddr3 already. We are also to assume you are in US, don't need o/s and this is 1080p? Cause if you push the 390 to 390(x) you should be able to play most games at 1440p.

My case is the Thermaltake Level 10 GT and yes I'm also from the US. Do not need an OS either. Your build that you have linked looks very nice and I'm going to switch to that unless someone points me in another direction that's cheaper and has the same power. Thanks for the input and I really don't play many games that can take full use of playing in 1440p. Mostly just a competitive CS:GO player, but my Fiance is getting my old build and she likes RPGs like fallout more so the GPU is something I could possibly upgrade for hers! Do you or anyone know a good mid tower case that would be good for her preferably one that's colorful for has some nice LEDs in it? Thanks for your input and more is definitely welcomed if anybody has anything else.

You have a very nice case indeed. So you are looking for a new case for your new build or you keeping that and looking for another to house your old pc that goes to wife? If the later then need to know the models of mobo/gpu and if there is an aftermarket cooler in it. And while at it, is it something along then 50-60$ area or wiliing to go up to 70-100? In either case the info provided can give you 2-3case solutions and you pick what she likes.

The old build which I am using right now will go in her NEW case, I am keeping the Thermaltake Level 10GT. The MoBo is a ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990X SATA 6Gb/s USB which is a full size ATX and the GPU is a Nvidia GTX 650 ti which is like half a card in size. Also there is no aftermarket cooler it just has the stock one. As far as the price point she would be willing to go up to 100 since she is actually paying for her case.

alright so basically any atx form factor will do, hmm most decent ones come without much leds in them.
    The cheap tho:

    Corsair SPEC-03 Red
    Corsair 500R
    NZXT S340 - Razer

tho i would personally pick one of those below and get whatever colour leds she wants if it has a window or fans with leds. You will eventually probably get a better case and the exact colour you want.

    NZXT S340
    Phanteks Enthoo Pro M
Fractal Design Define R4 or R5 (newer) w/Window
    Fractal Design Define S w/Window
NZXT Noctis 450 comes with leds but its usually a little over 105/110$.
