I'm fairly happy with it, but does someone have a good tut for hair and eyes? I want to make them pop more.

There's a couple hair tutorials on the first post. As for the eyes, I just take a color that's similar to the eye color already, and then I dot over them with a soft round brush. I then change the layer to Overlay or Linear Dodge... which ever you think looks best.

Ah, must have updated when I didn't notice. I tried that with an overlay and it just looked...wrong. The final result is seen in that image, still feels a bit off to me.

I'm fairly happy with it, but does someone have a good tut for hair and eyes? I want to make them pop more.

As WB said, I do the same with the eyes. I also blur it a little with box blur in Filter Gallery.
I do this with other glow effects too, but usually keep them seperate as gear glow sometimes need more or less blur.

Also for hair I use brushes that allready have "hair samples", if that makes any sence. Tho, if you wanna have it more like Shyama or WB then I suggest following one of the tutorials from the front page. (Shyama example in my current sig & avatar, damn I love her way of doing hair)
