Life pretty much is Nature as far as relics go.

So apparently WoWhead found the info on the third relics somewhere. All Druid specs except Balance get an additional Life relic, Balance gets a second Arcane relic.

Now all Druids have a Life relic eventually, that should alleviate those concerns expressed before.
