[WA] Looking to make a custom-duration progress bar aura based on an ability cooldown

What I'm trying to do is to have a progress bar tick down the final five seconds of Colossus Smash's cooldown.

I realize there are similar solutions - like just popping up an icon when the CD is < 5, but I like progress bars - I feel I have an easier time "timing" abilities off of them. Also, simply making a regular progress bar based upon Colossus Smash's CD doesn't quite do what I want, since it just gives me the last five seconds of a full 20-second bar - I want a bar that goes from full to empty in five seconds.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
