legion talent calculator ranks??

i only just noticed on the legion calculator on wowhead that it says 1/0 rank on each ability in the talent system, i checked if all classes have got this and they do indeed, so i was wondering if blizzard is going to allow us to upgrade our talent tree abilities to make them even more stronger ??

Artifact traits have ranks, regular talents do not. It's just a bug.
