I wouldn't call it an abortion if said ''fetus'' is developed enough to survive outside the womb, that is just getting rid of a life.
I asked you why the distinction mattered.
I'm glad you answered my second question though, so now I have another question for you; does abortion suddenly become unconditionally immoral if we can sustain an embryo outside the body in a vat, assuming that the parents will still be required to take care of it and all other conditions apply?
This baby was born more than "a little early".

Most babies born 3 months early tend to not survive. It's a miracle this one did. May not survive another 3 months til when its actual birth date was going to be.
The only reason it came out early at all was the abortional procedure induced birth. If she had been successful the fetus would have been dead and it would have just been another home abortion.
The fucked up part is that now she's being charged for a crime since it survived.

Is that what free abortion means? Well the Romans did have a very seldom used law that at any time a father could take the life of their child (at least that is what my ol' Latin teacher told me) but I am not sure I can get on board with taking the life of something that calls me "papa".
But on a serious note, I think Puupi was saying what matters is that EVERYONE draws the line somewhere and that is the issue at hand. A person might not have an issue with ending a pregnancy after 16 weeks but have an issue with ending it at 24 weeks.
So 1 year old is ok but http://southpark.cc.com/clips/150310...ned-parenthood wouldn't be? If you don't feel like watching the clip Cartman's mom tries to have her 8 year old son Cartman "aborted". Of course I never thought it would actually be relevant to anything but if 1 year olds are ok I just want to make sure I understand where the line is.
