Since its been kind of confirmed that Thrall isn't dying and that Mannoroth is the Shaman main villain, is their a chance that Mannoroth kills Aggra and/or Durak and makes him lose him hope? Its possible since we know he is going to lose hope.

That won't happen.

Thrall has been shown in Dalaran with Aggra and Durak. He also didn't have the Doom hammer meaning that them being there is something that happens After shamans get their artifact.

They missed the perfect time to sacrifice Thrall. Watch the Firelands Teaser and then ask yourself, why Ragnaros didn't set Thrall up in flames and make him jump in panic down the maelstrom. That would be an epic final for that guy and everybody would remember him.
