Smoking companies have a clear agenda, they want to sell their product. Same with any business. The "Truth", though, I am legitimately unsure of what their agenda is. The campaign is supposedly non-profit, so it's probably not money. This is an expensive campaign. I don't buy the idea that it's an organization of good samaritans.

I just find it terrible because we've known cigarettes have been bad for over 20 years and these guys are just shoving their shit down our throats and in the dumbest ways, like trying to get to kids with their meme-esque commercials, using internet "celebrities", cats, and just memes in general. It is some of the most annoying shit on the planet.

Take offer. Schedule constantly has me working a variety of shifts.
As a result, my issues get worse as I am unable to contain a normal sleeping schedule.
I take a few half-days, because they only count as, hey, half a day, because I am unable to perform due to lack of sleep.
Eventually I find out that those half-days are being counted as full days.
Clarify with multiple managers that they should be counted as half a point. They agree.
Find out the policy changed, I was never informed.

The internet: "It's your fault, you should have known the new policy (that I was never told), you shouldn't listen to managers, they don't know (then who would have originally told me it changed, if they don't know? This is contradictory), and it's not hard to show up for work everyday (which I do, very early in fact)"
