Besides a wristwatch what other wrist accessory a straight guy in his 30's should have nowadays? Or a wristwatch is enough? Preferably on the other wrist.

A nice wrist watch is all you need and not a an oversized douche bag watch that doesn't really fit you, one that fits and you can actually use. If you wear suits, particularly button down long sleeved dress shirts for work or something, possibly look into cuff links as something different to accessorize with, but beyond that, not much else.

I don't know. I understand it. There are a lot of nice wristwear items (that aren't watches) for men that look rather good, even for straight men.
