Budget build, help?

Good evening good folks,

So unfortunately the pc I was setting up for my gf is causing me more headache than it is worth... So I turn to you good folks for your knowledge. I have a 300-400 MAX budget. I want her to be able to run wow on good at minimum and high if possible. Below I will list what I already have

- mouse
-keyboard
-monitor
-had
- os ( win 7 ultimate 64 bit )
- case


Any help would be appreciated

300-400 US$? Canadian $? Euros? Lira? Where do you live? You say you have a case, but what case is it? Can't recommend stuff to go in it if we don't know what will fit in it.

Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
Country
Parts that can be reused
Do you need an OS?
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?



Ideally include a list of parts, we see the same request almost every day. There are other topics that have parts lists that you can copy and modify.

You got some of it, but missed other parts. Hard to help without all the information.
