It is overwhelmingly the most popular player-invented loot rule. Therefore, the fact that they don't support MS>OS and have not coded it into the game as a loot system, despite MS>OS being the loot system in LFR, shows that they are completely out of touch with how players actually want to play the game.

But it's not really. I can change my loot spec on a boss by boss basis in LFR, even to a spec I don't have.

legendaries have always required 1 of 2 things... luck, or effort. id personally rather work toward something than rely on rng.
