CLC DK Issue

I recently installed CLC DK From curse and my plague leech Icon is not showing up in my rotation. I have the box checked for "plague leech" in rotation.

Any advice / help / insight would be appreciated

Make sure you are spec'd Plague Leech in the first tier of talents.
