Ok I refreshed and saw your response... no offense man but if you can't provide screenshots of the other violation posts I'd say this was completely justified, that was a pretty awful thing to say.

Blizzard has a "penalty volcano" for their official forums, if you've had forum vacations before the penalties get stiffer as time goes on.
MMO-C is the better forum anyway...unless you're in beta testing, no real discussion or theorycrafting happens there, that stuff tends to happen on fan sites and has been for several years now.

You don't get permanently banned at once.
Being permanently banned means that you have been timed out before for a similiar reason and you obviously didn't learn the lesson.
