On what graphics would this run Warlords of Draenor / Heroes of The Storm and will it handle streaming said games?

Cpu is rather ok but gpu is low performance. Get at least a gtx960 gpu.

For wow, you almost certainly want a K processor and a Z Motherboard so you can OC, especially if you plan on streaming. What you have there would probably do the job, but at least a better GPU would be highly recommended. Is that a pre-built system you are looking at? Something you are planning to build yourself? What is your budget like? Do you have any old parts you can re-use? You know what, just go look at the sticky, fill that out and come back, will be far easier to help you as you really did not give us much to go with.
