Background

<The Collective> is a new guild that began at the end of Warlords of Draenor. The leaders have a rich history throughout all iterations of WoW, from Vanilla through to WoD. They also have several server first kills through progression and pre-nerf kills in the early expansions. Current progression for raid leader is 9/13M and we are looking to get back in to Mythics as soon as possible!

Current Progress

We started raids one month ago and have progressed 13/13H, 4/13M. We're looking to add DPS as we push for Mythic.

Schedule

A two night schedule with an optional 3rd night

Tuesday: 10:30pm CST (server) to 2:30am CST (server)
Wednesday: 10:30pm CST (server) to 2:30am CST (server) - optional Heroic clear
Thursday: 10:30pm CST (server) to 2:30am CST (server)

Goals

The goal of <The Collective> is two fold. The most important part is to have fun and down bosses, doing so on a semi-hardcore schedule.

The second goal is to create a friendly environment for all to join. Once we get a good solid base, we'll look to expand to a second and possibly even a third raid team, with different days than the original raid team. This will allow for maximum activity and maximum members. When there are enough members and cross-team play can occur, then there should always be some type of activity going on within the guild. Either alt-raids, PvP, or just simply dungeons.
