Actually they look like giant water bugs, you can tell by the eyes, I know they are quite popular in many of the Asian countries, for 750k, I'd probably do it. At some point western civilization is going to have to embrace eating insects. I was honestly expecting cow eyeballs or bull testicles with the "gross" warning.

You should at least allow one tall glass of water to drink with the plate, otherwise no one would be able to make enough saliva to get that down without choking. Have you ever stuck a spoon of cocoa powder in your mouth? after 4 or 5 roaches it's like that.
