Make your own beef jerky btw. I used to do that while on a bodybuilding diet.
Get some lean beef (succade) and cut little strips. Then dry those in the oven for 2h at 140-160 degrees.

I personaly like Wurstsalat (Sausage Salad in Englisch)

    You need
    Fleishwurst Lyoner. (Bologna sausage?)
    Onions
    Pickles
Cheese ( I use young Gouda)
2 tablespoons white vinegar, Olive Oil, Pickle Juice from a pickle jar and 1 tsp water.
Cut everything up, remove the skin from the sausage, add into a bowl, Add Salt and ground pepper to your liking. Let it sit in the fridge covered for 2 hours with a lid.
Tastes better the longer its in the fridge.
    That last thing sounds awesome.

    Will be trying. Thanks!

A pink lady apple with ~1/3 cup of full fat, unsweetened greek yogurt for dipping tides me over for a few hours. The apple has to be pretty tart to make the yogurt palatable.

I find it a lot easier to just get accustomed to eating on a schedule. I don't need to stave off hunger, there's not really any thoughts about having a snack. I'm just not eating until it's time for the next meal.
