I would say One Punch Man, but his talent is... He One Punches People. Nothing more. He's fucked up in a hostage situation, because he sucks at social skills. Saitama can't dialogue to save his life.
Superman would be a better choice, because he's powerful and Batman would tell him how to save me.

guys like saitama, goku, and superman are all so fast they could kill the guys before they could kill you. hell superman and goku(not sure about saitama) are so fast they could put their hand between your head and the gun barrel after the guy pulls the trigger, and stop the bullet from hitting you.
