Where do spaceship planets come into in this question similar to a deathstar that's also like a very large garden?

They say the last machine humans will ever build is a matrix-style simulator.

What you do is create the machine, then run a program of the universe. But you run it so 1 second = 1 billion years. In under a minute, highly advanced intelligent races emerge on various planets that have technology better than your own. Then, you just steal their technology and turn the machine off.

That is how the pace of technological advancement begins to go vertical. We will be able to advance technologically billions of years in seconds.

I would create a lush tropic planet filled with desert canyons, mangrove beaches, mountains, with redwood forests and other extremely tall trees.
It would have the country Russia in it without Putin in it And Argentina. Their habitats would be the same on earth.
It would have a ton of extinct animals on this planet. As well as animals we pretty much have right now but more abundant except for parasites. It would have 2 moons that are farm based.


Civilization is libertarian based with green values. with cities built around canyon walls. People would use helicopters or hovercraft as means of transportation, but they may use use anykind of vehicle they want. heavy focus on medicine and space travel for transportation of goods.
People think for themselves.
People can choose whatever religion they want.
To protect themselves they may also use automatics against terrorism and human nature. and can carry them around at all times if they like. Gun free zones are banned and punishable by fines.
