I'm looking for a way to make a progress bar fixed in length. For example I'd like a bar for my Slice and Dice buff as a rogue. Let's say when the bar is full, it's a 50 second duration buff, and when it's half full its a 25 second duration buff. That way I'd be able to mark a certain point on the bar for refreshing the buff which will always be at the same duration no matter the original buff duration. I hope this makes sense

Yep, its possible. You can make a custom progress texture that triggers after SPELLCAST_SUCCESS or BUFF_APPLIED; with a custom duration (Time Remaining in 'Trigger').
