[WeakAuras] Time Elapsed Since Spell is Off CD

I was trying to create a WA but haven't been able to make too much progress.

I would like it to be a Text WA that displays the amount of time that has elapsed since a spell has come off CD to then deactivate once the spell is cast again. That is, to show you how long you've delaying using the spell since it has been available. For this specific case, I'm looking at Chimaera Shot.

I think one trigger would be either:

Status
Action Usable
Chimaera Shot

or

Status
Cooldown Progress (Spell)
Chimaera Shot
(Inverse)

as both would trigger when Chimaera Shot is off CD. However, I've been unable to get the text to display the time elapsed since Chimaera Shot if off CD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
