David Fry, the final occupier at the refuge, is now refusing to surrender.

“Until my demands are met, I can’t come out ... I’m taking a stand. A stand means you’re willing to risk your life,” he said.

Asked what his demands are, he responded: “I’m trying to legitimately have a job ... I have a legit job. I’m paying taxes, but it’s going to abortion.”

“How long do you have to go on without your grievances being addressed?” Fry continued. “I should be able to opt out of certain taxes,” he later added.

At one point, he shouted: “I declare war against the federal government as a citizen of the constitution.”

Occupier David Fry says more vehicles are moving toward their encampment and fellow occupier Sean Anderson echoes, adding that “They broke down the barricade. They are probably snipers.”

“They’re going to kill us because of these ranchers, that’s what they’re going to use as an excuse,” Anderson said.

FBI negotiator, identified only as Mark, reportedly says they just need to give up.

Occupier says "They want to me give up and be a slave. Remember Braveheart? He took it to the end".

One Oregon occupier, prior to huddling in prayer said that if the FBI does not give them one more time to work the situation out, they will stay there and die, “no concessions.”

After several hours of a standoff with the Oregon occupiers and attempts from Fiore to negotiate with the FBI, officials have reportedly told occupiers that “no one will be allowed on the refuge” until the occupiers “come out peacefully.”

Occupiers, who have been screaming at the FBI, could be heard saying, “Helicopters are coming now,” which the Oregonian confirmed.

UPDATE 9:51 p.m. ET:

According to Oregonian reporter Molly Young, the FBI has moved closer, within 50 yards of the occupiers encampment.

“They are rolling forward. They are rolling forward now,” one occupier could be heard saying on the live YouTube feed.

In addition, occupier Sean Anderson is claiming to be on the phone with evangelist Rev. Franklin Graham.

The praying seems to be calming them down but constantly saying "yeah the government is corrupt but surrender to them" or "yeah the courts are lawless" is just feeding into their paranoia and making them less likely to surrender.
