There's responsibility because fucking can create life

It can create specks of DNA that are easily removable. Now, if one person for some reason wants to keep the speck, sure, go ahead, but forcing someone to be financially burdened for 18 years due to something that's very easily avoidable isn't fair in any way, sense or form.

If the kid is unwanted, how is it fair that the woman gets to decide if she wants a child or doesn't, but the guy has absolutely no say and is stuck to 18 years of being financially burdened if he's out of luck.

Because fucking has certain risks. If you can't deal with those risks don't expect society to bail you out.
