Lightbulb Backup help request for my addons

My question is what folders in the wow directory do I need to backup in order to save the data my addons have recorded.
Due to awkward computer crashes I have lost configuration data many times, this is extremely frustrating.
I thought it was the addon folder but when I tried to use that, it failed to show then new old data.

For example, I had to reconfigure my bag addon, my recount settings, all that.

    THank in advance.
Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

WTF and Interface folders to be sure.

There are two folders the wow client uses, the /Interface folder for the addons and the less likely case of UI graphic replacements.
And the WTF folder which contains the saved variables (settings) for your addons, and for the game client.
