PVE or RP US-Realm with active PVP community?

Wondering if anyone knows of a PVE or RP Realm with an active PVP community. I really enjoy PVP and forming groups to kill faction leaders but I also enjoy questing and not getting ganked.

You know, if you hate getting ganked, but enjoy large PvP communities, you could just roll on one of the many PvP realms and simply use group finder to cross realm off of it while questing. If you have a max level character on a PvE realm, you can just make a group on it, list it in the Group Finder, then join on your alt.
